After a series of well-received 7" EPs, the geminate released their first album in 2003, Sturdy Guys Don't Dance. Their indorsement album, It's Not How Far You Fall, It's How You Land, appeared in 2007. The phonograph recording john Drew attention from the specialized press, thanks in office to featuring vocals by Mark Lanegan, as comfortably as a cameo involvement from Will Oldham.
